A group of local residents and community supporters invite everyone to join them in supporting a worthy cause that has not yet been determined Monday.

The third 100+ People for Perry meeting takes place in the Cellar at La Poste.

Three, randomly selected, members will have the opportunity to share a five-minute presentation about the cause they’re representing.  The membership will then vote on which one to support and the selected non-profit project will receive $100 from each member.

At the last meeting in May, 70 members pledged $7,000 to the Habitat for Humanity Rock the Block project and the Sleep Space at Mount Olivet Lutheran Church received funding at the initial meeting in February.

Tonight’s gathering starts with social time at 6:30, followed by the meeting at 7pm.
