Daniel Ramirez, age 32 of 2021 4th St., Perry was arrested on warrants for failure to appear-original charge of driving while license suspended and probation violation from a possession of a controlled substance charge.
Jared Daniel King, age 22 of 33019 K Ave., Adel reported several items missing from his garage.
Puia Tlau of Perry was traveling in the 19000 block of Highway 141 Diagonal when his tire on the rear passenger side blew. Tlau left the roadway striking the guard rail. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $2000.00.

Judith Morris of Winterset was traveling east on 360th St. when she slowed down to make a left hand turn onto Ute Ave., and was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Bailey Harrison of Adel. 3 passengers in Harrison’s vehicle were taken to the hospital by Waukee EMS and a family member. Damage to Harrison’s vehicle estimated at $4000.00 and $2000.00 to Morris’s. Harrison was cited for failure to stop in an assured clear distance and failure to provide proof of financial liability.
