The Perry Parks and Recreation Department and Perry Hy-Vee are coming together to host a cooking class next week.

Hy-Vee Dietitian Jocelyn Evans will teach participants how to make delicious, nutritious and fun after school snacks.

The hands on program will go over a variety of creative recipes and it’s designed for anyone age 8 and older.

The program takes place in the McCreary Community Building’s senior room from 3:30-4:30pm Wednesday.

The cost to attend is $10 per person and you can register by contacting Evans or calling 465-5621.
