Ousmane Camara, age 26 of 2120 11th St., Emmetsburg was arrested on a warrant for OWI.
Echo Kay Fawn Kern, age 36 of 1120 Polk Blvd., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for show cause hearing-original charge of domestic abuse assault.
Steffanny Nguyen of Palacios, Tx., was traveling south on Highway 169 when she was struck from behind while waiting to turn east onto I80. Cameron Heiniger of Mediapolis was traveling south on Highway 169 when he struck Nguyen vehicle. De Soto first responders looked over each driver. No injuries reported. Heiniger was cited for failure to stop in an assured and clear distance. Damage to Heiniger’s vehicle estimated at $5000.00 and $600.00 to Nguyen’s.
Jakob Kinsey of Winterset was traveling north in the 30000 block of Puckerbrush Rd., when his vehicle hit a soft spot on the gravel road and slid into the ditch rolling onto its top. A passenger in the vehicle received cuts and was taken to Dallas County Hospital for evaluation and the driver was taken to the Winterset Hospital. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $8000.00.

Kaleb Samuel Dittert, age 21 of 18443 240th St., Adel was arrested in the 15000 block of Highway 141 Diagonal for OWI and driving while license suspended.

Matthew Tyler Andorf, age 36 of 415 Willis Ave., Perry was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and failure to make support payments as ordered.
