Justin Ray Lopez, age 18 of 308 N Pine St., Jefferson was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for pretrial conference-original charge of OWI.

Eric Hart of Boone was traveling north on Highway 169 when he slowed down to left onto Highway 141 and a vehicle driven by Anne McFarlan-Phillips of Glidden rear ended him. McFarlan-Phillips was taken to the Dallas County Hospital by Dallas County EMS. Damage to Hart’s vehicle estimated at $10,000.00 and $15,000.00 to McFarlan-Phillips.  McFarlan-Phillips was cited for failure to stop in an assured clear distance.

Kimberly Jo Stice, age 28 of 919 Marshall St., Dexter was cited and released at the 104 mile marker of Interstate 80 for driving under suspension and no insurance.
