The Guthrie Center Community School District Board of Directors will meet tonight in regular session.

 

The Board will appoint officers and a legislative network delegate for the upcoming school year, plus they will establish their meeting date, time and location, designate depositories and designate Superintendent Steve Smith to sign activity and nutrition checks.

 

Additionally, they will consider open enrollment and personnel requests and request modified allowable growth for a negative special education balance.

 

Finally, the Board will hear reports from district administrators, hear an update on the whole-grade sharing agreement with Adair-Casey and discuss the upcoming Iowa Association of School Boards meeting.
The meeting begins at 7 p.m. inside of the AC/GC High School library media center.
