Dallas County Hospital’s Chief Operating Officer is retiring at the end of the month.
Donna Vandehaar has served in the healthcare field for forty-five years and her last day is set for Friday, September 30th.
Vandehaar has served as Chief Clinical Officer, Interim Chief Executive Officer and COO in her 11 years at Dallas County Hospital. Other notable accomplishments include leading the partnership between the hospital, DMACC and the Perry Community School District for the health occupations courses.
A retirement celebration will take place Wednesday, September 28th at 2pm at the hospital. The public is welcome to attend.
