vote_earlyAnyone wanting to vote early before the November general election can do so starting tomorrow.

The Greene County Auditor’s office says you must fill out a request for an absentee ballot and then a ballot can be mailed to you. All absentee ballots must be postmarked by November 7th, but they will accept absentee ballots on Election Day on November 8th. However, absentee ballots will only be accepted at the auditor’s office on Election Day, you can not take it to your polling location.

The Greene County Auditor’s office will be open two Saturdays leading up to November 8th for those who want to register to vote or dropping off absentee ballots. Those Saturdays are on October 29th from 8am to 5pm and November 5th from 9am to 5pm.

Anyone with questions can call or stop by the Auditor’s office during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
