A deputy was dispatched to the 1800 block of R Avenue for a car-deer accident. The vehicle was driven from the scene.
A deputy located and arrested Michael Hamilton 39, of Jefferson, on an outstanding warrant from Greene County for Domestic Abuse Assault-2nd Offense.
A deputy was advised of a suspicious vehicle in the 1000 block of I Avenue.
A deputy was dispatched to the 400 block of 8th Street in Grand Junction to check the welfare of a small child that was reported to be playing near the roadway. The child was found to be safe.
A deputy spoke with a Grand Junction resident about a harassment concern.
A deputy was advised of an injured dog being located in a farm field near Grand Junction. The dog was given medical attention by the finder.
Deputies from Greene and Webster Counties were unable to locate a suspicious vehicle that was reported to be northbound on X Avenue (P46) from Highway 30.
A deputy was asked to check the welfare of a female in the 900 block of Hills Avenue in Churdan. The female was found to be safe.
A deputy was dispatched to the 2300 block of 110th Street to help mediate a verbal domestic altercation.
Thursday, September 29th
A deputy was dispatched to Grant and Madison Streets in Scranton for an abandoned E-911 call that mapped to that area. The origin of the call was never determined.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
