The Perry football team will look to build off of their best offensive output of the season Friday night when they travel to Webster City to take on the Lynx.  Perry recorded over 200 yards of total offense in a 38-14 loss to Gilbert last Friday night.  Alexis Garrido threw for over 130 yards and Reece Dunlap added over 100 yards of total offense.  Offensive Coordinator Matt Hardy anticipates the numbers to continue to grow with each passing week of experience.

“We have some playmakers and have been really close to breaking a big run and taking it to the house.  Reece has such tremendous speed that we will try to get him plenty of touches in the passing screen game or on the jet sweep action.  Alexis (Garrido) has good speed as well and is adjusting really quickly to the quarterback position.  I think Adan (Medina) can provide some explosive punch as well as he gets situated back in a more familiar role for him”

Medina led the ground game with 43 yards last week while Dunlap caught a 66 yard touchdown pass and also added 31 rushing yards on three attempts.
