Michael Dean Sheehy, age 42 of 514 Willis Ave., Perry was arrested in the 28000 block of Highway 141 for driving while suspended.
Jeffrey Thomas Spencer, age 47 of Cedar Rapids was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of probation violation.
