Despite the Panorama volleyball team’s less than favorable season here in 2016, where normally they would be a team to kick off the first round of regional action, they will actually have the luxury of waiting until next Monday for their first regional game action.
Due to pairing numbers the Lady Panthers will have some extra time to work on what Panorama head volleyball coach Renae Follmuth describes as terminating the ball against opponents.
“The skill execution of terminating the ball is kind of our big thing. We can have good hits, good serves, and good set ups but if the ball isn’t being terminated we’re not going to get those rally points if the other team is terminating the ball,” stated coach Follmuth.
The Lady Panthers will have until next Monday at 7:00 pm in Jewel when their chance to shine in regional play begins.
