Funeral services for Curtis D. Bruns, 83, of Van Meter, will be Thursday at 11 am at the McCalley Funeral Home in Adel.  Burial will be in the Van Meter Cemetery.  Visitation will be Wednesday from 3 pm to 7 pm.  Family will be present from 5 pm to 7 pm.  Memorial contributions may be directed to the Wounded Warrior Project.  Online condolences may be left for the family at mccalleyfuneralhome.com.  Survivors include:  Wife, DeAnna.  3 stepchildren, 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 1 brother, and 3 sisters.
