The Perry City Council will meet in regular session Monday.

Agenda items include a public hearing in regards to the rezoning of Sunflower Flats plat 1,approval of the third change order and final pay request for the airport rehabilitation project, the third pay request for the Pattee Park expansion project and first change order for the North Street construction project.

The Council will then authorize the mayor to sign a letter of support for the Des Moines International Airport and grant application for the Department of Transportation’s sign replacement program, approve a contribution to the Dallas County Local Housing Trust, approve a lease agreement with Team Broderick at the McCreary Community Building, and approve participation on the Department of Energy’s Better Communities Alliance.

The meeting takes place at 6pm in the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building.
