The Stuart Cottage Pantry is looking for more donations this holiday season.
Volunteer Vi Jones says they served 92 households for 238 individuals in October. But now with the holiday season here, she predicts there will be more that they will serve.
Items needed at this time include Jell-O pudding, boxed stove top stuffing, canned vegetables especially chili beans, tomatoes and pork and beans. They also need cake mixes, ramen noodles, instant potatoes and toothpaste.
The food pantry is open every Wednesday from 1:30-5pm. Donations can be made by calling 515-523-1350. The Stuart Cottage Pantry is located at 117 North Sherman Street in Stuart.
