Alan Kent of Redfield was traveling north in the 35000 block of L Ave., when his vehicle struck a deer.  No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $2500.00.

Alan Randolph Heywood Jr., age 32 of 2305 1^st Ave., Perry was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of trespass.

Christopher Lee Smith, age 36 of 665 31^st St., Altoona, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of theft.
