The Greene County Medical Center Auxiliary recently had a couple of fundraisers this month.
Auxiliary Liaison Hollie Roberts says their Holiday of Lights fundraiser brought in $3,990 and the candy sale raised another $1,000. The final fundraiser of the year ended last week with the Tree of Life.
Roberts says all proceeds from their fundraisers go back to the Auxiliary for equipment purchases for the hospital. This year, Roberts notes that they are designating the funds for the new oncology department.
She appreciates everyone willingness to help donate to their cause every year and for all the volunteers with the Auxiliary organization.
