Land values in Dallas and Guthrie counties continue to increase.

According to the latest report listing valuations including Tax Increment Financing but not gas and electric, Guthrie County saw a 5.8 percent increase in 2016 to $831,894., that’s up from $485,281 in 2008.

Dallas County saw a 8.6 percent increase last year of 2015 for a total of $5,639,902,480, which is up from $3,497,330,477 in 2008.
