A dinner for two will be held on February 14th at the Lake Panorama National Resort (LPN).

 

Chef Drew Labath will be cooking a Surf and Turf Dinner.

 

The dinner will begin with a spinach salad with strawberries, candied walnuts, bacon, feta and a champagne raspberry vinaigrette.  

 

A  6 oz. filet and scallops served over garlic Parmesan risotto and chef’s vegetables will be the main course.

 

For dessert your choices are chocolate covered strawberries with cream, chocolate creme brûlée, or strawberries and cream cheesecake.
