Funeral services for Bob Safley, 92, of Jefferson will be held at 2:30pm Thursday, January 26 at Central Christian Church in Jefferson. Interment will be in the Franklin Township Cemetery, Greene County, IA.  The family will visit with friends at the Central Christian Church from 1:00pm – 2:30pm Thursday, just prior to the funeral. Memorials are suggested to Greene County 4-H. Survivors include his wife, Frances Safley of Jefferson, IA; three sons:  Robert Safley of Linden, IA; William Safley of Peterson, IA; Tom Safley of Jefferson, IA; a daughter: Ann Frederick of Jefferson, IA; 12 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
