Tonight the ADM Tiger basketball teams will be starting off the week with a round two rematch against the Winterset Huskies.

The Lady Tigers are looking to get back on the winning track after dropping their last 4 games. This time they are taking on a Lady Husky squad whom they defeated earlier in the season in Winterset by a 10 point margin. ADM holds a 5-2 record over Winterset over the past 4 seasons and the big key to making it 6-2 will be to limit the production of Lady Husky leading scorer Madison Wauters averaging just over 14 points and 9 rebounds per game. ADM’s biggest threat, senior Sydney Bertman, averaging over 12 points and 9.1 rebounds per contest, has only been held under 10 points three times against Winterset, 2 of those times came in her freshmen season.

The ADM Tiger boys basketball team is riding high on a 3 game winning streak and seek to make it four tonight in a revenge win against the Huskies. ADM holds a 5-4 record over Winterset dating back to the 2012-2013 season. While ADM has failed to grab a win while in Winterset this season and last, they have not failed to grab a win while at home against the Huskies; 2-0 in the last two home match ups while outscoring Winterset 120-101 in the process. Currently the Tigers are on a hot streak with their 5th 70 point game on the season, three of which have come in the past three games while outscoring opponents 218-189. The Tiger boys will be led by Tajen Ross averaging a class 3A best 25 points per game, although just 13 points in three game against the Huskies.

The girls game will do the honors of starting first at 6:00 pm and the boys contest to follow at 7:30 pm. You can catch all the action starting with pregame coverage at 5:45 on K107.9 FM and online at raccoonvalleyradio.com.
