The Jefferson Parks and Recreation Board met on Wednesday in regular session.

The Board discussed scheduling a work day at the swimming pool. The target date will be in April. The pool will be prepped and ready for the season.

The Board also discussed volunteering for the Mother/Son Date Night on Friday, March 10th. It will be from 6 to 8pm at the Greene County Community Center. Anyone can volunteer to help. Call or stop by the community center for more information.

The Board approved a request from Sasha Hardman to rent the gymnasium on Saturday, July 22nd for a non-profit vendor fair. The rental fee of $200 was also approved by the Board.
