Michael Jason Godwin, age 28 of 613 Polk St., De Soto was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of probation violation on a domestic abuse charge.
Karla Soper of Winterset was traveling near the intersection of R Ave and 360th St., when she was struck by a vehicle driven by Renee Roth of Van Meter. No injuries reported. Damage to Roth’s vehicle estimated at $8000.00 and $3000.00 to Soper’s. Roth was cited for failure to obey stop sign and yield right of way.

Ethan Leroy Libby, age 21 of 1617 Taylor St., Redfield was arrested at this address for possession of methamphetamine.
Ralph Swink of 406 Maple St., Woodward reported the theft of a motor vehicle from property he owns at 15671 Tanner Lane.
Quentin Allen Smith, age 27 of Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of theft.
Ashley Elizabeth Prue, age 32 of 1304 Marshall Dr., Marshalltown was arrested at the 112 mile marker of Interstate 80 for OWI.
Rhonda Kiefer of Dallas Center was traveling on Highway 44 when she slowed down for a dog in the road and was rear ended by a vehicle driven by Fern Hodges of Yale. No injuries reported. Damage to Kiefer’s vehicle estimated at $4000.00 and $8000.00 to Hodges.
