Samir Muhamedovic of Grimes was stopped facing east on Highway 44 waiting to turn left onto U Ave., when he was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Tina Kinney of Grimes. Muhamedovic was transported to Mercy West Lakes by Dallas County EMS and Kinney was transported by a friend to Mercy West Lakes. Damage to Muhamedovic’s vehicle estimated at $1000.00 $5000.00 to Kinney’s. Kinney was cited for failure to stop in assured clear distance and no insurance.

Jason Nugent of Adel was stopped with his turn signal on waiting to make a left turn onto 330th St., when he was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Danielle Edwards of Casey. Edwards was transported to Mercy West Lakes with minor injuries. Damage to Edwards vehicle estimated at $5000.00 and $2500.00 to Nugents. Edwards was cited for failure to stop in assured clear distance.

Robert Paul Newhouse Jr., age 27 of 205 Orange Ave., Ames was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of domestic abuse assault.
Leslie Marie Duncan, age 25 of 910 S 5th St., Carlisle was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of driving while license under suspension.

Jereamy Lee Rice, age 39 of 1404 Greene St., Adel was cited and released in the 25000 block of R Ave., for driving while barred.

Karla Faye Wynja, age 53 of 8601 Westown Pkwy, West Des Moines was cited and released at 1224 Jordan Creek Pkwy., for driving while license suspended and violation of financial liability.
Justin Timothy Fuson, age 32 of 104 N Cherry Ave., Woodward was arrested at 213 Walnut Ave., Woodward for harassment.
