The Jefferson City Council will meet tonight.
The Council is expected to approve the 2018 fiscal year budget following a public hearing on the topic. The Council will also consider for approval the third reading to create an ordinance to charge a $1 monthly fee for the yard waste site and an agreement for acquisition of property at 206 North Wilson Avenue.
The Council will then set a public hearing date for the Wilson Avenue railroad crossing closure.
The meeting will then end with a discussion on the northwest drainage project.
The meeting will be at 5:30pm in the City Hall Council Chambers.
