The special Greene County School Board election is today.

Greene County School District eligible voters will head to the polls  to decide who they want to represent them on the seven-person school board. Matt Wetrich and Steve Fisher are on the ballot.

Those voting in the Jefferson precinct can vote at the south assembly room of the courthouse. Voters in Scranton must report to the community center. Anyone voting in the Grand Junction or Rippey areas must vote at St. Brigid’s Parish Center in Grand Junction. Polls will be open from noon to 8pm.

The winner of the election will fill the vacancy until the term ends in 2019.
