The deadline is approaching to submit nominations for this year’s Greene County Impact Award.

The Impact Award is given to someone who has made a difference in Greene County through social, educational or cultural contributions. Last year the award went to Rippey’s Mary Weaver.

Nomination forms are available at any of the libraries in the county. Deadline to submit nominations is by this Saturday, by dropping them off at 506 South Walnut Street. This year’s recipient will be announced on April 18th, with an award ceremony slated for May 7th in the rotunda of the Greene County courthouse.
