There were a number of great performances for the ACGC Lady Charger track and field team yesterday behind 15 top five performances.
The 15 top five performances were highlighted by 5 top two finishes between Savana Fuller and Kate Crawford. Fuller took home first place finishes in both the 200 and 400 meter dash while the freshmen standout Kate Crawford took first in both the 1500 and 3000 meter run while just missing out on first in the 800 meter run by 6 seconds.
Mady Smith and Olivia Laabs put in solid top 5 finishes as well by with Smith taking 4th place with a time of 17.36 and Laabs coming in at 3rd place with a time of 17.85. Smith would follow that up with an even better finish in the 400 meter hurdles earning a second place finish with a time of 1:17.90.
Madison McDermott took home two top five finishes as well notching a 4th place finish in the discus throw with a toss of 97-01 while hurling her way into a 2nd place finish in the shot put event with a distance of 33-05.
