The Stuart City Council met in joint session with the Stuart Utility Board last night.

The two groups will be submitting a workforce housing tax incentive program application. City hall employee Mike Morgan was promoted to Deputy City Clerk. After the joint meeting concluded the Council voted against allowing downtown street parking.
