The Adair Casey/Guthrie Center girls track team captured the Davis Relays in Perry last night outlasting Winterset 132 to 129. Panorama finished 4th with 110 points. In the field events, Panorama’s Brooke Halterman won the discus with a throw of 75-10. In the girls 100 meter dash, Panorama’s duo of Devyn Kemble and Morgan Johnk placed 2nd and 3rd. Savana Fuller won the 200 meter dash for ACGC in a time of 27.32 while Kemble was 3rd. Kemble came back to win the 400 meter dash while Fuller took 2nd. ACGC’s Kate Crawford won the 800 in a time of 2:32.40 and the 1500 with a time of 5:!7.50. Charger Emma Swanson won the 3000 and placed 2nd in the 1500. The Chargers were strong in the hurdle events as well with Mady Smith winning the 100 meter hurdles in a time of 17.54 while freshman Olivia Laabs blew away the field in the 400 H in an impressive 1:12.95.
