A rural Stuart man faces felony charges for an alleged child abuse incident.

The Guthrie County Sheriff’s office reports that 36-year-old Justin Hillock was taken into custody Friday and charged with a Class C Felony for third degree sexual abuse and an aggravated misdemeanor for indecent contact with a child.

Hillock was charged based on trial information filed by Assistant Attorneys General Laura Roan and Tyler Buller.

Hillock’s arraignment hearing is scheduled for April 17th at 9:00am.
