Funeral services for Vern R. Stubbe, 79, of Jefferson, will be Wednesday at 10:30 am at the Scranton United Methodist Church.  Burial will be in the Merle Hay Memorial Cemetery near Glidden.  Visitation will be Tuesday from 5 pm to 7 pm at the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Scranton.  Visitation will resume Wednesday morning at 9:30 am until the time of the service at the church.  Online condolences may be left for the family at dahnandwoodhouse.com.  Survivors include:  Wife, Nina.  Children, Kenny Stubbe of Glidden, Charla Attarsaheli of St. Cloud, Minnesota and Brenda hackett of Kingsley.  10 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.  Sisters, Ione Haddican of Marion, South Dakota and Arlene Helgager of Viborg, South Dakota.  Brothers, Alvin Stubbe of Jackson, Minnesota and Marvin Stubbe of Killeen, Texas.
