The Guthrie Center City Council meets in regular session tomorrow. Department heads will discuss summer help, Wes Clark will present the results of building inspections and  Ray Stonehocker and Ken Rasmussen will ask the council about snow ordinance parking tickets they received. The council will also open sealed bids for 207 North 7th Street and the council will have their first reading of an ordinance dealing with stop signs and yield signs. The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. at the City Office on State Street.
