perry library

Friday morning the Friends of the Perry Public Library hosted the monthly Chamber of Commerce Coffee, and faces both new and old took part in the event.

Attendees ranged from more than 15 years in town to two weeks, and were given an opportunity to network and learn what the Chamber and library can do for their businesses or organizations. Chamber Director Bob Wilson was thrilled to see so many people show up, though he said he always finds it funny when everyone gets into a circle when doing introductions. Library Director Mary Murphy and her staff let the group know about upcoming library events, including Kidsfest, which kicks off the summer reading program.

Chamber Coffees are held the second Friday of every month.
