Greene County Supervisors 4_17The Greene County Board of Supervisors met Monday in regular session.

The Board approved the County Treasurer’s investment report of $7,218,750 and issuing 275 driver’s licenses in March; disposal of two properties to the City of Grand Junction at 305 8th Street and 204 9th Street, along with two properties to the City of Scranton at 807 Main Street and 902 Lincoln Street for no cash consideration; the county’s substance abuse program grant application for the 2018 fiscal year; a three-year contract with Cost Advisory Services for cost allocation services and the final plans for a bridge replacement project on County Road E-57. The bid letting for the project will be on July 18th.

The Board also approved transferring funds of $480,000 from rural to secondary roads and $15,000 from general to election reserves for the 2017 fiscal year budget.

Finally, the meeting ended in a county employee performance review with custodian Amy Chapman.
