Greene County improved to 2-5 on the girls’ high school golf season with a 234-236 dual meet victory on Monday over Ft. Dodge St. Edmond at the Jefferson Community Golf Course. Ram junior Rachael Danielson was meet medalist with 48 for the nine holes. Riley Mayer of St. Edmond was runner-up at 53.

Other scores that counted in the Greene County team total were 60 by Ellie Madson, 62 from Emily Heupel, and 64 from Kaitlyn McColley.

Greene County Coach Heath Telleen said the weather was beautiful, and he was glad to see the Rams win a close one.
