The Panorama School District teacher leader group has been looking at educational shifts for teachers when planning instruction. Shifts were introduced to the staff with more work around these educational shifts to be included in next year’s professional development. The plan for next year is to align the information by standards to locate gaps in instruction. According to the group, this will allow grade levels to determine where to develop assessments to provide evidence of learning.
