Several Perry High School students recently travelled to Boone High School to take part in the Raccoon River Conference Art Festival.

The students entered their work into several different categories, and many were recognized for their artistic prowess. Jairo Murrillo took first place in color photograph and second place in black and white photograph, Magley Orellana and Elise Hiddleson placed first and third respectively in graphic design, Anna England took second place in the acrylic painting category, and Dannah Karolus placed second in jewelry. Additionally, several students were named honorable mention in their categories.
