Greene County swept the girls and boys team titles on Tuesday in Woodward at the 2017 Woodward-Granger Hawks Coed Relays. This story will focus on Coach Kelly Simpson’s girls’ team.

The Rams won with 188 points, followed by Glidden-Ralston at 149, W-G 140, and 54 by Iowa Christian Academy (West Des Moines). There were just four girls’ teams at Woodward.

Greene County first place finishers included:

Discus throw- Kenna Marquardt, 115′ 6″

Shot put- Marquardt, 33′ 3-3/4″

High jump- Megan Durbin, 5′ 2″

Long jump- Janelle Brophy, 16′ 5:
