The Stuart City Council meets in special session tonight.  Two inspections of the Stuart Rescue Department have been completed. State Representative Ellen Woods will present the findings of her inspection, and Panora Rescue Coordinator Joe Hupp will present his completed audit of the Stuart Rescue Department. The Council will also consider a resolution in support of a Workforce Housing Tax Incentive Program. At the close of the meeting, Councilman Matt Funk will present a proposal for city employee performance evaluations. Funk says the city does not currently have a system in place to assess the effectiveness of employees. The meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. in the Stuart City Council Chambers.
