The West Central Valley Pastoral Association in sponsoring a kickoff and parade event in Stuart.

The event tomorrow will begin with a line up at the Stuart Elementary School at 11:15 a.m. and will end at Lawbaugh Park. Churches will be setting up booths with food and games in the park.

The parade will include racecars, motorcycles, racing lawnmowers, beauty contest winners and a performance by the gospel rock group Christian Soldiers beginning at 1 p.m. The parade will be led by Guthrie County Sheriff Marty Arganbright and it begins at noon.
