It’s also Senior Night with the lone senior being pitcher/shortstop Hannah Promes. First pitch is set for approximately 7:30 p.m.
In baseball, Coach Mark Sawhill’s Rams will try to keep a late season winning streak going against a Gilbert team that is 20-7 and beat the Rams 4-1 in Story County on June 9. Greene County has won their last four games, all against teams with winning records, including a Tuesday night 8-0 upset at Class 2A fourth ranked Woodward-Granger. The Hawks were 25-0 before losing to the Rams. Greene County is 11-11 going into tonight and has at least five games left on the schedule, barring postponements.
