One Adel sweet shop is doing their part to fill the local food pantry, as they celebrate Christmas in July.

Billy’s Ice Cream Shop in Adel is getting into the giving spirit for the whole month, by accepting non-perishable food items for the Adel Food Pantry. They will also match every 100 food donations with a $100 cash donation as an added incentive. Additionally, the ice cream shop will be closed at 6:30 p.m. this Monday as they celebrate their employee Christmas.
