Guthrie Center Main Street is once again partnering with Art on State to sponsor free kids art classes.

Program Director Dana Buster says one class will be held on July 27th where participants will learn about flower pounding and dying. Another free class is scheduled for August 29th on indigo dying. One that is coming up this Monday is on acrylic painting. She explains why their organization wanted to team up with Art on State in Guthrie Center.

“We just want to draw attention to something neat that we have going on here in Guthrie Center, which are art classes that are being offered here that you can do year round.”
