Guthrie County Iowa State University Extension and Outreach is offering a special ServSafe food safety certification course on Monday, July 31st.

The program is designed to provide certified food safety training to people who work at and manage restaurants, and others that handle food regularly. The course will involve eight hours of training, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with an exam at the end of the class. Cost for the program is $150.
