The Panora City Council will convene Monday evening in regular session.

One of the first things they will discuss is the status of Community Development Block Grant-funded activities. Karla Janning from Region XII will give the update. They will then hold discussion about an audit request for proposals, and approve the firm for auditing services. Next will be discussion and possible action regarding an alley vacation, as well as regarding removal of two existing sidewalks. Additionally, they will discuss the Sidewalk Maintenance Program, and have the first reading of an ordinance related to sidewalk regulations and the time frame for removal of snow, ice, and accumulations, and a potential fee.

The meeting is open to the public and will be held at 6:30 p.m. Monday at Panora City Hall.
