Iowa State University Extension and Outreach of Dallas County will be holding an informational meeting next Monday, and they encourage potential farmland tenants or landlords to attend.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss farmland leasing, focusing on communications, land values, and cash rental rate trends. It will also give various methods of determining a fair cash rental rate. The meeting will be held Monday at St. John’s Catholic Church in Adel, from 9 a.m. until noon. It will be facilitated by Steve Johnson, the Farm and Agriculture Business Management Specialist for ISU Extension.
