An early Monday morning severe thunderstorm in Guthrie and Adair counties activated the Raccoon Valley Radio Severe Weather Action Team.

Additionally, at 2:45 a.m., a second severe thunderstorm was located near Greenfield moving southeast. The storm was radar-indicated and hazards included up to 60 mile-per-hour wind gusts, quarter-sized hail, heavy rain, and numerous cloud-to-ground lightning strikes.
