ADM Volleyball GeneralIt was an exciting night last night as the ADM volleyball Tigers welcomed in non conference foe Creston Community for their home opener of the 2017 season.

ADM put their skills on full display and gave the home town fans a victory in three sets over the Lady Panthers 25-20, 25-20, 25-23. Each match never felt in jeopardy for the Lady Tigers who truly put forth a team victory. Sami Schepers had a very strong night especially in the kills category with a team best 13 for the match. Jordan Hook’s powerful passing wasn’t the only outstanding feat the senior put forth as she led the team in digs with 16 of the team’s 45 total.

Amy Gottschalk poured in a solid night with 5 kills while serving up a team leading 6 aces and for the assists machine, the Bertman lineage came out in full force as Delaney Bertman led ADM with 15 assists.

The Lady Tigers climb their record over .500 with the win currently resting at 3-2. Next up for ADM will be their home invitational tomorrow welcoming in a very familiar cast on non conference characters with one conference foe thrown in. The Lady Tigers will welcome in a five team field including Knoxville, Norwalk, 2016 state qualifier Nevada, 2016 WCAC champ Woodward-Granger, and conference foe Perry.

ADM’s invitational Thursday will be spread out across both the North and South gyms and will begin at 4:30 pm.
