September’s Java and Juice programs will kick-off tomorrow.
Jefferson Matters: Main Street invites everyone to The Printer’s Box as part of their weekly programs. A different downtown area business hosts the Friday programs, and attendees learn about the business, anything new and get introduced to new employees, while networking with other business professionals. Program Director Peg Raney says it’s been an incredibly successful program.
“All of the businesses have enjoyed hosting it and the people attending. We’ve had 30 up to 40 people attending these. From 9:30(am) to 10, the public is invited.”
Not only are all of the programs in September filled, Raney points out they have all of October covered as well. She talks about what the plans are for later in the fall.
“We’re going to end in October and the (Greene County) Chamber of Commerce is going to take it over during those winter months and host from outside of the Main Street district and then we’ll pick it back up in the spring.”
The other Java and Juice programs for September include: Jefferson Public Library on September 8th, Rhythm Room Dance Center on September 15th, ShineOn Designs/More Time on September 22nd and on September 29th will be Sensibly Chic.
